What is your refund policy?

Full refunds are available up to 14 days before course start date. Partial refunds (50%) are available between 14 and 7 days. No refunds within 7 days of course start, though you may transfer your enrollment to a future session.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes, for courses priced above CAD $1,500, we offer a two-payment option with 50% due at enrollment and 50% due before course start. Corporate invoicing with NET 30 terms is available for team training.

What technical setup do I need?

Participants need a laptop with Node.js (v18+), a code editor (VS Code recommended), and stable internet for online sessions. Detailed setup instructions are provided one week before each course.

Are courses recorded?

Live sessions are not recorded to encourage participation. However, all course materials, code examples, and reference documentation are provided digitally and remain accessible after the course concludes.
